Peter Kinsella: Executive Chef
Peter (and his wife Elaine) owns and is Executive Chef of Lunya, one of the UKs leading Spanish Restaurants and recently crowned the Good Food Guide’s North West Restaurant of the Year. For most of his life, Peter worked in Health & Social Services working with governments across the world encouraging them to change their care systems to modern, person centred alternatives. It was on one of these trips to Barcelona that his love of Catalunya developed. Peter decided to pursue this passion together with one of boyhood dreams of ‘cooking for a living’. Five years later Lunya was born.
